Background

Born and raised in Oyo State, Nigeria, he has and still is a man of many talents, which can be seen in the various ventures he has forayed into before picking 3D animation.

The Road to Purpose

After graduating from Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, he ventured into sound production and later expanded into other areas such as music production and farming. He eventually met his current co-founder at Aroba Animation, Olasehinde Faith; following a comprehensive survey they decided to build animation into a sector of note in Nigeria and globally — aiming for Disney-level quality while preserving Yoruba history. Their major focus was Morèmi, a Yoruba warrior queen.

Current Roles

He currently is also an inside director at Chocolate Africa and Classical Guitar Academy, 3D Animation Filmmaker, and Psychoacoustics Expert with the main goal of preserving history and creating employment opportunities.

The danger of a single story.

As a lover of Art and African Cultural Heritage, the Co-founder (Olasehinde Faith) and I surveyed and discovered that we are faced with “the danger of a single story.” We thought of the best way to preserve Africa’s culture and change the world’s perspective on Africa. We then chose 3D Animation knowing fully well that it’s also at the infant stage in Africa, hence it could be a good way to grow both parts.

Aroba Animation Mission

Our mission statement is digitally preserving African Culture and art, building a talent hub that is passionate about restoring African Culture, Art amongst others, and also creating a solution that simplifies 3D Animation movie production globally.
